剛跟客戶聊最後一盤爆大量原因, 我附上下列這封 MSCI 今早將南韓&台灣再次列入分類審議, 6/21將會宣布兩國是否改列已開發國家.宣布變動生效會在2013 五月,報告內容三種結果都將影響全球資金板塊移動,我認為最後一盤是部份外資調整部位來因應所造成結果,附件請您參考.

MSCI 2012 Market Classification Review - Potential Impact of Korea and Taiwan reclassification to Developed Markets
MSCI will announce the results of its 2012 Annual Market Classification Review on June 21st, 2012, shortly after 5:00am Hong Kong time. Any announced changes are likely to take effect in the end of May 2013. Korea and Taiwan, currently Emerging Markets, are under review for potential reclassification to Developed Markets. In this note, we highlight the remaining criteria for reclassification of these markets as identified by MSCI as well as recent developments. We further present our estimated passive flow and index implication should Korea and/or Taiwan be reclassified to Developed Markets following the 2012 markets review.
◆◆ Reclassification of Korea (but not Taiwan) to Developed Market ◆◆ ◈ A potential net inflow of USD 4.8bil into the index
◈ Emerging markets that stand to gain include China, Brazil and Taiwan with estimated net inflow of USD 3.7bil, USD 2.6bil and USD 2.2bil respectively
◈ Likely Developed Market losers are UK, Japan and US with estimated net outflow of USD 4.4bil, USD 3.8bil and USD 3.2bil respectively
◆◆ Reclassification of Taiwan (but not Korea) to Developed Market ◆◆ ◈ A potential net inflow of USD 2.4bil into the index
◈ Emerging markets that stand to gain include China, Korea and Brazil with estimated net inflow of USD 2.5bil, USD 2.1bil and USD 1.8bil respectively
◈ Likely Developed Market losers are UK, Japan and US with estimated net outflow of USD 2.9bil, USD 2.5bil and USD 2.1bil respectively
